- Post a quick DIY tip (very simple & quick - takes just a couple of minutes) with a one photo. A tip is something useful, but doesn’t have more than one or two steps, max. For example: your trick for cleaning brushes after you paint.
- You can include new ideas, or repurpose pieces of your old content.
- You can include a link to your blog so that people will visit, but the whole tip should be on the discussion.
The best way to structure a tip is in the following format:
Title: Tip: (Tip here that doesn't give away the punchline)
Body: Details about your tip, a photo, your name and a link to your blog. It's also always good for engagement to end with a conversation starter, i.e. "what else do you use baking soda for?"

The more people engage with your post on Hometalk, the more it goes to the top of the feed and is seen by more users - so try to generate conversation! If you post a tip, please send a link to firstname.lastname@example.org.
